Pumpkin Pie!
Preheat oven 350°F
Ingredients
3 cups sugar
1 large can pumpkin Libby’s – (NOT pumpkin pie mix)
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 2/3 cups milk (add 1 tbsp cornstarch to it and mix up)
3 Tbsp melted butter
3 - 6 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice (more makes it darker and spicier!)
Preparation
Mix in Order
1. Beat eggs in large bowl
2. Stir in sugar
3. Stir in pumpkin
4. Stir in pumpkin pie spice
5. Stir in melted butter
6. Stir in salt
7. Stir in milk
8. Pour into pie crust. Fill to ½ inch from top. (Ready made!)
Makes 2 pies.
Bake for an hour-ish. Your time will vary.
